Director of People & Culture (equivalent of Director of HR )

Temple Beth Shalom (TBS) is a warm and vibrant community that is inspired by the richness of Jewish tradition. We are a community of over 1,150 households, a diverse and multicultural team of 150+ full-time clergy, educators, and administrative staff, and a dedicated body of lay leaders and volunteers. The Director of People & Culture will:

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization-wide HR function.
• In partnership with directors and managers, oversee the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR activities and create the conditions for staff to do their best work.
• Foster a positive work culture that is reflective of TBS’ greater community.
