Early Childhood Teacher - Caldwell

Job Description:
CAI-ECC in Caldwell, NJ is seeking a FULL TIME (8am-4:30pm) dedicated, creative, nurturing and energetic Lead Teacher for Immediate Start Date
● Co teach a threes classroom in a play-based environment inspired by Reggio Emilia philosophy.
● Provide developmentally appropriate and rich early learning experience infusing Jewish values and traditions.
● Create and develop strong relationships with children in order to scaffold their learning, independence and social/emotional development
● Conduct Parent/Teacher Conferences twice a year
● Establish and maintain open/respectful communication directly with parents and coworkers
● Observe and document children’s learning
Qualifications:
● 2 years early childhood teaching experience in a Jewish setting (experience with toddlers preferred)
● Bachelor’s degree in teaching or related field (master’s degree preferred)
