We seek a half-time Regional Program Associate to help support Hadar’s rapidly growing regional presence. This person will report into our Director of National Programs, and will be a member of the Program and Engagement Department. This is a half-time position with 20 hours per week of work.

Hadar’s programs are at a significant growth moment. The Regional Program Associate will play a key role in executing Hadar’s programs across Hadar’s regions including: Boston, Chicago, DC and West Coast. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and has a sense of humor.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work with Regional Directors to support logistical and operational needs for regional programs including form creation, participant communication, supply ordering, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Liaise internally with Hadar departments to determine timelines and processes, serving as a key member of the Program and Engagement Team
  • Manage regional program data collection and processing systems
  • Occasional responsibility to work evenings or weekends, and occasional domestic travel to support programs locally and nationally

  • Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Friendly and clear verbal and written communication skills, with an eye toward detail
  • Flexible and agile workstyle with the ability to change plans and pivot as needed
  • Self-motivated and driven to create and implement new systems
  • Team oriented and collaborative
  • Comfortable working in Google suite, and ability to utilize data management systems effectively including but not limited to Salesforce, Survey Monkey
  • Ability to work Eastern time zone hours preferred
