AMIT Children Executive Assistant
Location: New York City, NY 10018
The executive assistant will have significant interaction with lay leadership and must provide full administrative support to the executives.
Candidate must not only take initiative, but anticipate executives’ needs in advance and meet them. The responsibility will be on the executive assistant to make sure executives’ offices are running smoothly and professionally. Executive assistant must not only stay on top of their own deadlines, but deadlines of executives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Preparing for and managing meetings
• Management of calendar
• Database management
• All personal letters for executives to donors
• Manage special projects on behalf of the organization
• Staff-wide communications
• Coordination of travel including detailed itineraries
• Scheduling of meetings and conference calls
• Maintain contact lists for all agency boards
Candidate must:
• Have strong communication skills
• Have strong interpersonal skills
• Have excellent computer skills that include full working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint
• Have a strong work ethic
• Be a self-starter with a high level of professionalism
