Overview:
An Early Childhood Educator provides a safe, stimulating environment where young children
can thrive. An administrator must have vision, knowledge and commitment to helping EC
children in the early stages of their development.
An Administrator must use a combination of approaches to supervise and motivate teachers
and other staff members who nurture the learning abilities of young children and Kindergarten
students. We are seeking a person who is passionate about the potential career that leadership
denotes and has a strong interest in the field of Early Childhood education. This candidate must
exhibit commitment and love for Torah and Mitzvot as well as the State of Israel.
The Early Childhood Associate Director is responsible for ensuring a YOF student receives a
stimulating Judaic and General Studies program. Along with that they ensure that our students
achieve the goals set forth in the published Portrait of a Graduate, aligning with the published
mission statement of the school. He/she is responsible for ensuring the school hires and
engages a staff that meets the profile of our published Teacher’s Characteristics of Professional Excellence.

Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
● Degrees/Certifications in Early Childhood (Masters Degree or in process)
● Well versed in Constructivist Thinking and Approach
● Committed to and well versed in developmentally age appropriate curriculum
● Prior Administrative experience (min 2-3 years)
