Early Childhood Teacher

The Congregation Agudath Israel Early Childhood Center (CAI-ECC) is a play-based environment inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy. We provide children with a developmentally appropriate and rich early learning experience infusing Jewish values and traditions.
CAI –ECC has a strong commitment to professional development and is dedicated to a reflective and collaborative environment for all of the teachers.
We seek a head teacher for a class of Five Day Twos for September 2021.

We are looking for a teacher who will:
-honor children

-respect creativity and individuality

-integrate learning into play

-create deep connections with families

-instill a love of Judaism

-bring passion to the classroom

-establish and maintain open, respectful communication directly with parents and coworkers

-observe and document children’s learning

Successful candidates will have a Masters in Early Childhood Education, be excellent communicators and have at least three years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting
